Joleen is using a variety of techniques to help me come to terms with the root of my anxiety and depression. She is non-judgmental and spends time helping me to see things from every angle. My sessions include a little counseling and a little life coaching in one. I highly recommend her.

Joleen has helped me tremendously since I started seeing her! Counselling usually takes place in a cold, unwelcoming office, but her sessions are quite different. She provides a cozy, safe place to share your words without effort. She also has a lot of knowledge on a different style of healing...perspective and positive thinking. I love this because I was feeling pressured from other therapists (and society) to just start some kind of medication. Another amazing thing that Joleen did for me after I moved out of the city was continue sessions over FaceTime. This is very handy in times of a pandemic!!
